Warranty & Returns
At BuQu, our priority is to make certain of your 100% satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return the product(s) to us within 30 days. We accept all major credit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, Diner's Club®. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the matching payment form as tendered at the time of purchase, minus shipping costs. Once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. In order to return a product, please contact our customer service department here or at (800) 717-7170. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
BUQU® Limited Lifetime Warranty
BUQU® warrants that when purchased your BUQU® product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
How Long This Warranty Lasts
This warranty lasts as long as you own your BUQU® product. Coverage ends if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.
Time In Which You Must Make Claim
You must make a warranty claim within 30 days after you learn of or discover a defect or suspected defect.
Who May Make A Warranty Claim
This Warranty extends only to the original consumer owner of the BUQU® product in the United States. This Warranty is not transferable.
What is Not Covered
This Warranty does not cover (i) damage, decline in or lack of performance due to: accident, misuse, abuse, greater than normal and customary use, use with unsuitable product, passage of time, wear and tear from usage over time, attempt to modify or repair the product without authorization from BUQU®, or device used with the BUQU® product; (ii) decline in, lack of performance or damage to product or device used with BUQU® product; BUQU® makes no warranty for a product (also including any accessory or component) not made by BUQU®; (iii) damage that may occur for any reason in or during shipment of the product; for damage in or during shipment you may be able to make a claim to the shipper. These are only examples; this Warranty does not cover anything other than defects in materials and workmanship of the BUQU® product.
How To Make A Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim go to www.mybuqu.com/warranty or contact our Customer Support Team at (800) 717-7170. Our team will require you to provide proof that you are the original purchaser of the product (such as original purchase receipt or original email confirmation of online purchase) and at your expense, securely package and ship the product to us at BUQU Warranty Dept, 1380 Flynn Rd. Camarillo, CA 93012.
We recommend registering your product at the time of purchase at myBUQU.com/register to simplify warranty claim processing.
What BUQU® Will Do
BUQU® will, at our option, repair or replace a BUQU® product that had a defect in material or workmanship at time of purchase, or will refund the purchase price. Due to limitations on product availability and changes we make in products from time to time, a replacement may not be exactly the same as the model you purchased. BUQU® will provide the remedy within ten days after confirming the claim is within all aspects of this Warranty.
Limitation of Remedy
The remedy under this Warranty is limited to BUQU’s choice of repair or replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price.
Limitation of Damages
BUQU® WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE SALE, DELIVERY OR USE OF A PRODUCT OR FROM BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY.
Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDED ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS AND ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OF BUQU® WHICH MAY EXIST UNDER ANY LAW, RULE OR REGULATION.

UNAUTHORIZED DEALER LIST AND WARNING
A note about sellers on Amazon.com: Many resellers who sell through Amazon.com are not authorized dealers of BUQU products. When purchasing BUQU products on Amazon.com, it is important to note where the product is being "shipped from and sold by," which is stated clearly in the header for each product. The below listed sellers are authorized dealers of BUQU products:

REMINDER: WARRANTIES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. SECOND-HAND ITEMS, INCLUDING SALES FROM WEBSITES SUCH AS EBAY AND CRAIG'S LIST, ARE NOT COVERED BY A MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY.
BUQU products are sold in the United States through a network of authorized dealers selected by BUQU. Some of these dealers may have Internet sites on which they are authorized by BUQU to sell a select mix of our products. BUQU dealers have been chosen for their ability to properly represent, sell and, in most cases, service BUQU products. BUQU provides a warranty on products sold only by our authorized dealers.
Unfortunately, BUQU products are sometimes sold by companies that are not authorized to do so. Goods sold by these unauthorized companies are not purchased from BUQU; instead they are acquired from a host of other sources. Due to the nature of the goods sold by unauthorized dealers and their business practices, products sold by unauthorized dealers are not entitled to BUQU’s warranty coverage. We are using our best efforts (including this warning) to prohibit these companies from taking advantage of consumers, but these practices still exist. We urge you to use diligence when selecting a dealer to make your purchase.
BUQU products sold by unauthorized dealers sometimes are purchased on a secondary "gray" market and can be pirated goods not produced by BUQU, damaged, defective or so-called "B" stock goods, or stolen goods.
BEWARE OF COUNTERFEIT BUQU PRODUCTS.
Like many premium goods, BUQU products are being duplicated and sold, usually at drastically reduced prices and diminished quality. These products do not meet BUQU standards and are not covered under BUQU warranty.
